The way we work

By its very nature, experiential learning can only be practiced by individuals. With encouragement from understanding teachers it works very effectively. It creates a high level of self-awareness, knowledge retention and, over time, an increasing desire for long-term personal development.

The People Growers method uses experiential learning as a basis for all their people development programmes. They arrange participative activities for groups of people prior to, during and after each programme. Thus individual learning is shared, greatly expanded and highly intensified by and for participants – especially when they discuss the merits of their “new behaviours” back at work.
